I feel sick to my stomach, tired, exhausted, antsy, reckless, anxious and scared. That's my coping mechanism. I state the problems to get rid of them faster.
I feel sick because I'm tired and tired because I can't sleep. I'm becoming nocturnal. I'm exhausted physically, but mostly mentally. I'm driving myself insane on the inside. I'm antsy because I want to get up and move, but I can't because it's 3 AM. I want to do something reckless. I want to pool hop or drive some really fast car off a bridge or something. I'm anxious for tomorrow to come. I'm scared because it's dark.
